PAUL HAMBLIN
Paul Hamblin (1906–1981) was a California singer, guitarist, and songwriter active during the late 1920s and early 1930s. Best known for his recordings with the Beverly Hill Billies, he also made a small number of solo recordings that showcased his warm vocal style and accomplished guitar accompaniment. His playing combined a steady alternating bass with tasteful bass runs and chord transitions, reflecting the polished West Coast country style of the period.
