YODELING SLIM CLARK
Yodeling Slim Clark (1917–2000) was a Canadian singer, guitarist, and songwriter whose career spanned more than five decades. Strongly influenced by Wilf Carter and Jimmie Rodgers, he developed a warm, expressive singing style and became one of Canada's most respected country performers. Although best known for his western songs and yodeling, his recordings also reveal a tasteful guitarist whose understated accompaniment always remained in service of the song.
